Thank you for shopping with LuvSofia! We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our Returns & Refunds policy below:
- Eligibility for Returns: Special orders, personalized items, and items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: LuvSofia does not cover the cost of return shipping or provide Return shipping labels. To initiate a Return & Refund application, please send an email to luvsofia.mtl@gmail.com. Once we receive your application, we will review it and notify you of the status and the next steps via email.
- Store Credits: There are no fees associated with store credits!
- Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition, including the packaging. We are unable to accept items that have been worn or altered. The products must be in a resellable state to be eligible for a complete refund.
- Recommended Shipping Carriers: For returns, we recommend using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Canada Post as they offer tracking information, ensuring a smooth return process.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return and it is approved, we will process your refund, excluding delivery charges. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Restocking Fee: In case items are opened (e.g., packaging is ripped) or used, a modest restocking fee of $5 per package will be deducted from the reimbursement. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality service while ensuring a fair and reasonable process.
- Right to Deny Returns: LuvSofia reserves the right to deny the return of any product that is worn/used or damaged as a result, excluding delivery charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Immediate Production: Once your order is submitted, we immediately begin the production process for personalized items.
- Time Limit for Cancellation: You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. After 2 hours, we can offer either an exchange or store credit.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your order within the 2-hour window, please contact our customer care team at luvsofia.mtl@gmail.com.
- Processing of Cancellations: Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
